I’m not sure if this place is just mismanaged, or is legitimately run and operated by liars and scammers. Called and made an appointment as a new patient with a new provider. Gave my insurance info, set the appointment, all was good. So I thought. When I went to do my pre-appointment check in they had me marked as “self-pay”. So I called and spoke to someone. I like the way Dr Bansal cares and knows a lot. Her staff is very nice.
Dr. Bansal is absolutely the BEST! Trust her with my life. Her staff is professional, helpful and extremely nice. Highly recommend this place!
I felt heard for the first time by a western medicine professional. She’s a doll!
Lack of communication between front desk/managers/patients. Zero respect. If you can deal with that part Terese is a phenomenal person to see and work with.
