Dr. Bansal is incredible! Very blessed!
The staff at the front desk is very professional and efficient. Dr Bansal is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She listened to my history and navigated the path of the appointment and ordering several tests to narrow the diagnosis.
We were welcomed and had a very good review with Dr. Bansal
Unfortunately I was never actually able to see anyone. I reached out twice through their online contact page and no one ever responded. I eventually called and spoke with someone who told me their scheduling person would call me. It never happened. Not sure if their front desk is just run very poorly or what the deal is. It's hard enough to reach out for help without all the hoops.
