1 star only because I could not put zero. Absolutely DO NOT USE these people. They spoke poorly of their competition (Seitz Bros.). They told me of how they were presently fixing Seitz's work. I had Rick come out for an estimate anyway and Seitz as well. After Seitz came out I let Rick and Mary Ann at Rapco know I needed a new estimate as some needed work was overlooked.
