I had to replace the water heater. Sunny came by to give me an estimate and was very thorough with his explanation on my options and explained what he would do if he got the job. Throughout the entire process he was communicative and gave me updates. On the day of he came by with one of his workmen and installed the water tank, he gave me tips on how to maintain the tank in between yearly inspections and he followed up a few times after the job was completed to see how everything was going.

I was lucky to come across Sunny from A-Rai for a water heater malfunction. From the very beginning he was very responsive and communicative, which isn’t the norm for many technicians I’ve dealt with in the past. What was most impressive wasn’t merely the service he provided. Even after he was paid, he continued to check in and offer support. Sunny knows how to build relationships with his customers and for that, he is now my go-to guy. Highly recommend!
Needed an anode rod replaced, they offered the lowest price of any estiamte, was transparent about the risks / costs, flexible on timing, here when he said he would be, and got the job done quick. Would go to these guys for other work in the future.
