Planned our honeymoon to Hawaii with Rosemary and it was amazing. She found us very affordable options, gave us great advice before traveling and was very accommodating through the whole process. Would highly recommend working with her!
Rosemary was awesome, start to finish! We've never used a travel agent before, or gone to an all-inclusive resort, and Rosemary made the process so approachable and easy. There was no stress, start to finish. She was so responsive to what we wanted and needed, booked everything for us, and sent us all the travel documents. She thought of everything! The next time we need a no-stress vacation on the beach, will absolutely be using A&R Travel!
The resort was awesome with excellent service including housekeeping,dining assistants and bar service. Pools were great with plenty of room to relax by the poolside. My only disappointment was in the Italian dining. Also there was no representative at checkin and had some difficulty reaching the representative to arrange our departure.
Our Travel Agent, Rosemary, did an amazingly stellar job of suggesting and planning our Jamaica vacation. Everything went very smooth and we had the trip of a lifetime. I cannot say enough about the service, the process, and the fact that she checked in on us before during and after the trip. We will definitely be using A&R Travel in the future. Thanks Rosemary and Delta Vacations!
