I've been buying trucks from them and doing business with them for YEARS. Always excellent customer service. Aside from the bad customer reviews, their trucks are "as is". They're honest about it. If they recommend you get work done and don't do it, that's on you. However, it's like buying anything else. If you want the "extras" you have to pay for them. They have a business to run.
