This is my 3rd time I visit Big Brand Tire. The manager Mr Luis is always professional, & attentive with customers considering he is always running the office on his own. He does a great job accommodating the customers. I would recommend this place to friends & neighbors.👍
These guys were like gentlemen. Especially Luis Almazán, he knows what he is talking about (when it came to tires, etc.). He told me what was the best deal and buy for my SUV. I just needed two front tires. He made sure to get them. Even though, they had ran out of my size tires. I will definitely come back. This man has integrity, honesty and is kind. Plus, good prices on tires! Thank you guys for the service.
Very professional team, great mechanics
Really friendly staff, expert recommendations by Andrew. Instead of repairing the Tesla tire at a Tesla center for 370 dollars, we got a new tire for 100 dollars cheaper.
