We used Artie seven years ago to install 5 Misuibishi split ductless units. I distinctly recall how he accomplished this task, in the rain and without taking any lunch or toilet brakes. Wow! We were looking for a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor which Art is. Art's presentation to my wife & I was impressive, no condescension when asked questions which was not the same for the other contractors, he had cut out of the units so we could determine the best locations.
