Rick Bukowski came this morning to address an issue with our furnace. He arrived punctually, was very professional, assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. Before he left he made sure everything was working correctly and asked us if we had any questions. We are senior citizens and felt comfortable having him come into our home. Rick was here to diagnose why heat wasn’t getting to the baseboard heaters. . He quickly found out the aquastat was set incorrectly and made the proper adjustments and now I have heat. Plus, he was really pleasant. Thank you so much, Rick!
