I recently took my 2017 WaveRunner FX SVHO to A&R Performance in Spotsylvania, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. Andy, the owner, and his son were fantastic to work with. A&R was fantastic to work with throughout my GP800 rebuild project. They helped me find the right parts, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain things whenever I needed help. Their knowledge and customer service made the whole process much easier. I really appreciate all the support and highly recommend A&R to anyone working on a jet ski or other powersports project. I’ll definitely be back for future parts and advice!
Andy is great. I have an older Seadoo Jet boat, Andy was very up front about what can be done and what can be difficult because of availability of parts. He did a fantastic job getting her back in top running shape. Very fair prices and a great guy for all things jet boats and jet skis.
Took my boat to the lake for a day- couldn’t get an engine to fire. The folks at A&R answered the phone, told me to bring the boat in, and got it fixed in less than an hour so we didn’t waste a whole day at the lake. Great service, extremely helpful!
I brought a jet ski in very bad condition to Andy and he worked on it and when he couldn’t get it to work he didn’t charge me any money that I owed him. He is the kind of guy that wants to do things right and was honest with me about what I should do with my seadoo.
