I have been to A & R on two occasions over the past two years. On one occasion, I went to them to have my Brother multi-function machine restored to operating condition (after some seven or eight years of use). On the second occasion, they advised my that my MFC had become so old that parts were no longer available, and they suggested a replacement machine by Brother that would meet my needs (I did not buy that due to my already having had another and newer Brother printer on hand).
