These goofs do not know how to hook up ac units been in my place a month and they have had to come out once to fix their leak and now a second time and I have to wait 2 days because they can’t get to me. Call someone else.
Worst experience ever!! We were told that the AC unit would be set the day after our electric was turned on. That was a lie. They showed up 5 days later. Brand new unit installed yesterday, and doesn’t work today. Now I’m told it will be Friday before they come back. This is the hottest week of the year. Do not use these people if you don’t have to. Very dissappointed in them and the home company that sent them.
Don't know how to fix an a.c unit no weekend service. Ran my wife in circles hedging her doing there job just so we could get a tech out here now a week in a half later a.c. went out again.
