ZERO STARS A&R is owned by Jason Reith. He cannot be trusted. He was recommended to me by my neighbor. HUGE MISTAKE! I met with Jason 2X before I hired him to remove 5 trees on my property. After the first meeting Jason kept calling and texting me to commit to hiring him. I told him I was getting other estimates. Before our second meeting, Jason contacted me a week prior and lowered his price by $1000 because he had a last minute cancellation in his schedule. We met roughly 3 days before his start date. Jason called my husband on the morning of the agreed services to confirm the 3 trees we wanted cut down. I literally came home to find a 20 year old healthy tree cut down, which was NOT one we asked to be removed. Jason then had the nerve to show up at our door and ask for payment. I refused and we demanded reimbursement. Jason offered to replace the tree and after reaching out MULTIPLE times on SEVERAL platforms to discuss getting a sapling placed, we received no response. 7 months later and we are STILL waiting for compens... read more

Horrible customer service!!! Never answers the phone or returns messages if you’re lucky to leave one! My lawn is still a freaken mess from tree removal and lawn service is a joke. I would be weary if wanting snow removal, you won’t get to work

Hired A&R for a job that Jason Reith said would take one week. This work started 5/5/2023 and it is now September! He left a mess that is damaging my brand new fence. He just keeps promising to have a crew here but it just doesn't happen. Many many different types of excuses. Sometimes someone or a small crew would show up only to be gone within an hour. Crew leaves trash around. At one time left a large pile of stone in the road that certainly was a major hazard to anyone driving down the road. The list of issues is very lo... read more

Paid for a month. After two cuts I cancelled. No refund. Mowers raced around my yard as quickly as possible on riding mower. Poor quality work. Never blew cuttings off of hard surfaces. Barely used trimmer any where. Do not recommend.
