This has been my 3rd time using them. I can't believe there is only one other review on google! I have nothing but good things to say. Last weekend I ordered a bounce house but when they showed up they upgraded my bouncer with no extra charge. They said the bounce house I reserved got damaged at a party the previous day and they game me a large combo for the inconvenience. It was a great surprise to get a bounce house with a slide, the kids loved it! I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Terrible customer service and jumps....woman answering phone was rude...followed by a jump that was filthy. All this after waiting nearly an hour past when they said they would arrive. My son was in tears thinking his jump wasn't coming. I looked them up and the City Of El Cajon has no business license on file for them. Total fraud...stay away at all costs!!!!!
