My experience with this company was terrible I personally don’t use them and wouldn’t I had a client who was trying to update her current coverage to full coverage while at the dealership when purchasing a vehicle, the ladies husband was very rude and kept repeating the same thing in an aggressive tone and hung up, I then called back to report the actions of this man to the business itself and lord behold the wife answers of the said gentleman and she starts screaming and yelling on the phone. Dawn is the rudest lady always talks to my wife like she is a low life person never does what she says she’s going to do. We have had insurance through trexis for 20 years until this company took over from our last agent would never recommend coming here. Told us to email her any changes so we did and she never made the changes so went to another company and emailed her to cancel our policy and she didn’t do that now I have money I didn’t have taken out of my bank and food out of my families mouth.
