A&R German Motors has serviced our BMW X5 for two years and has always done an excellent job, over and above what was scheduled. Today we needed an oil change and scheduled it a few days in advance. As usual, very easy. I did a pleasant walk down to the beach bike path while I waited. Ralph did the oil change and did an additional service that otherwise would have caused me to do another service schedule because I had other appointments. Had a great experience!! Called for service on my BMW X1 and they got me in immediately, helped me identify what was needing serviced and didn’t oversell me on anything above what was needed. I’ve also gotten quotes for the service they performed and they were by far the best value! Kind employees - great service!!!
