We unfortunately had A&R install the flooring in our new construction home. The workers left the key IN THE DOOR and the garage door wide open while they left for a 1.5 hour lunch. According to them, our two tankless water heaters were stolen (in the middle of the day, off a busy Hwy) during this time. Builder’s risk said they were responsible since they left the house unsecured, but A&R refused to accept any responsibility for their negligence. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
