Had the guy named Daniel actually tell me off and swear at me on the phone. The absolute most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with. Would not even give 1 star but Google would not allow no stars!!!!
The worst experience with a machine shop. Left 4 valves too tight right off the bat, but had it fixed by certified mechanic. Figured that was all. Nope! With 16k on the engine, I developed a spun bearing/rod knock. Their work is trash. Utter f-ing trash. And their customer service is even worse. The owner is but a boy hiding behind the phone, letting his customers know that he DOES NOT stand by his work. This car (an Acura, btw) was religiously maintained with oil changes every 3k miles. They are as unprofessional here as they are clueless in their line of work. Their work sucks. My engine seized after a year and they didn't want to honor warranty. I wasn't going to post a review because my father in law referred me there but they just did the same thing to him so I'm going to let you all know how horrible their work, professionalism and customer service is. Come here if you want to be ripped off and disappointed.
