Now reopened after closure and I have been very impressed with the care. Gentle and reassuring dentist and I would definitely recommend this practise
Was a great dentist but closed without notice and it's not nice to be left in the lurch with no explanation No chance of finding another nhs dentist these days
Not a great customer experience. I had one filling replaced by this dentist and have had constant pain from it in the years since. No appointment reminders are sent. I missed one appointment and received a letter to say that I had been removed from the list.
Missed an appointment and got taken off the register and they didn't refund the £150 paid in advance for a private filling!!
