My experience was amazing from the day I contacted them until the day I got it back. Consistent communication thru the whole process. Anthony, Rob, Karen and everyone else at A/R customs were amazing to deal with and very helpful. the car came out perfect and drives just the same it did before. 10/10 would definitely recommend for ur auto collision repair needs. When they say they’ll fight ur insurance for u to make sure the jobs done right they aren’t lying.
Rob and Anthony are the definition of quality when it comes to collision repair. Wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend!
Well a year ago I was in a car accident took my SUV to a body shop that did not do a good job, I was having issues with my SUV after being fixed from a rearend accident. My hatch would open while going down high way, my landlord kept waking me up to tell my hatch is open , sensor where not working right and dome light would stay on I had to put duck tape dome lights . I am so happy with the work Rob, Anthony, and the team did with my car. I wanted to shed a tear the moment I saw it. Karen (their receptionist), was very warm, caring, and knowledgeable in dealing with the insurance and the rental companies. I can't thank them enough. My car looks fantastic.
