Just got my Audi S5 back from them and im extremely glad I chose them instead of where my insurance broker tried to send me. My car was returned to me like new. Paint job was immaculate and it was detailed in and out. Alex was very courteous and kept me updated throughout the process. Thank you Armando & Gil as well.
Jase supported me throughout my entire car accident. He made sure I was okay, he made sure my car was taken care of. He spent hours with me while everyone left the scene. He exhausted all his resources so that I can get the best help. This shop made a stressful situation so much easier. I was treated like a person, not just another customer. Amazing customer service! I can’t even name anyone specific because every person I encountered was informative, helpful, generous with their knowledge & explanations of the process. I brought my car in on August 24 and it was ready in a week! My car looks brand new and I’m so happy! I will be recommending to any and every one !
Had damage to the wheel, bumper, fender, and headlamp on passenger side. Went to A&R they took care of everything no problem. The car came back looking brand new just like the day I bought it! They also took care of some minor damage on the rear fender from a previous incident. Everybody at the shop was super helpful - Jace, Lane, Armando and everyone else.
