Excellent work, service, and experience at A&R Collision! The car looks like new after a car accident repair. Jase was helpful from beginning to end and made the process seamless.
DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR $300 AFTER A “TOW” I DIDNT REQUEST AND “TWO DAY STORAGE FEE” WHEN IT HADNT EVEN BEEN 24 HOURS SINCE MY ACCIDENT AND THEY PARKED IT ON A REGULAR CITY STREET…THE OWNER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT ALEX ALVARADO IS NOTHING BUT ANOTHER NYC RIPOFF ARTIST…STAY 1000 FEET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THESE THIEVES… BTW HEY ALEX!!! YOU ASKED ME IF YOU LOWERED MY FEE FROM $450 TO $300 THAT I WOULDN’T POST A BAD GOOGLE REVIEW….WHOOPS!

Paint started chipping 6 months after body work. Fender rubbing on door. Unable to reach the guy in charge of who worked on by Vehicle. Friendly when they want your business. Shady when you need to hold em accountable.
