On my move-in date, we found that my couch could not fit due to the hallway width, unable to turn it enough to get into the apartment. Then I found out that this is a KNOWN ISSUE. When asked how other people resolved it, was informed by the property manager that the people could NOT resolve it, they had to get rid of their couch. IF THIS WAS A KNOWN ISSUE I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THIS. I do not recommend renting any apartment that is managed by this company. This company has a BBB rating of F, and they have been taken to court for falsifying damages when people leave so that they can charge them a lot of money. To make matters worse you are not permitted to have the contact information for the property management company!!
