I lived in Briarcliff Manor under the management of ARBC in Wheeling, West Virginia for almost two years. Half of the things listed in the lease under this place was sketchy and bordering illegal. My wife and I sought legal counsel to look over the legitimacy of our lease and what this company supposedly "can and can't do" and ARBC's actions absolutely border illegal if not completely illegal altogether. Fees fees and more fees out the wazoo, nonfunctioning plumbing etc. Avoid renting any property under this company at all c... read more
