Elderly parent lives in one of their Bright Oaks apartments. Condescending staff and predatory game playing with the billing seems like the business model here. Have I ever in my military career had to receive the unjust treatment as I received by the higher office and the presiding office. No issues with the maintenance team…they deserve better. On my move-in date, we found that my couch could not fit due to the hallway width, unable to turn it enough to get into the apartment. Then I found out that this is a KNOWN ISSUE. When asked how other people resolved it, was informed by the property manager that the people could NOT resolve it, they had to get rid of their couch.
