Elderly parent lives in one of their Bright Oaks apartments. Condescending staff and predatory game playing with the billing seems like the business model here. They’ll suck you dry with late fees and penalties and blame you for somehow not having things set up properly in the loft app if you’re paying that way. Have I ever in my military career had to receive the unjust treatment as I received by the higher office and the presiding office. No issues with the maintenance team…they deserve better.
