Absolutely terrible company to resign in everything in my apartment breaks and they charge you crazy fees DO NOT live at Chatham commons.

Terrible management group. Won’t return phone calls, tried to raise my rent 500 dollars a month for a bug infested place that they say is coming from another unit. Would never recommend anyone rent from them.
I lived in Greensburg with my mother for 3 years. She got alzheimers with dementia. I took care of her for 13 years. The only income we had was mine at a few jobs I could not keep because of her needing my help and her SSA. She was put in a home so I lost her income. I tried calling management several times with no answer. Left messages with no return call. Had a friend call saying he was interested in an apartment with no return call.
