Bought a mini excavator from them. A few days later I asked the salesman if travel pedals for it were a parts or whole goods item(something he would deal with). He said he didn't know and offered no help in acquiring them. So I ordered them from another dealer
Stopped to ask about equipment rentals about a year ago and had to deal with a smart-ass disrespectful counter boy that I've never seen there before. he was more interested in his phone and his manicure than dealing with a local repeat customer. I haven't been back since.
Had a problem with one of my Kabota tractors, called service and they were able to help me through my problem over the phone. Will definitely look here to buy my next tractor.
