Broke down on IH 10 and towed to A&R. They were so nice to check if it was a fuel pump. Found a leak at a joint in the fuel line. Had to replace a connector which solved the problem. They could have charged me any amount, but I was astounded by how little they charged. Hope I never have a problem in that area again, but if I do, A & R is where I will go.
Had an issue driving from San Antonio to Houston and stopped in. Extremely helpful-solved my issue and I was on my way
I had an issue while driving down I-10 and ended up here. While I ended up not getting work done, the worker was very kind and straight up with me about my car. I really appreciate his honesty, and taking the time out of his day to open my hood and give me advice.
Terrible mechanic and service. My husband dropped off our truck, and he let him know that we were not sure of the issue but explained what happened right before it broke down. After several months and phone calls for an update (we had to contact him EVERY time), he finally told us it needed a new transmission. Another month or more goes by, and he finally got the new transmission installed, and we are able to get the truck back. We instantly have to take it back due to it running so bad, and he tells us it needs a new motor.... read more
