My insurance company sent for a tow truck for me and my toddler. After 2 incompetents who couldn’t figure out how to tow my car from a HEB parking spot WITH the key. 😔 my insurance requested A&R Auto who was ok with me stashing the keys so I could get my child home and to bed. I had to call in a tow at almost 11:00 at night after my tire blew out taking a corner. I nearly died when my car went off the road. I changed my tire to the spare, found out the spare was flat, and had to ask for help. I couldn't be happier or more grateful for the two men that showed up from this company. From the moment they arrived, not only were they courteous, professional, competent, patient, and kind, but I found out on the drive that the young man was with the driver for pickups had only worked for them for 3 days. ... read more
