Adrian is an experienced & fair auto mechanic. Its a hard combination to come across nowadays.. He's had my wife's Nissan Xterra, my f350, and my Mom's Subaru... and I'll be bringing him my son's '95 Cadillac pretty pretty soon. From the first time I went in there, it was like dropping your car off at a family friend's house - you know you're getting straight answers & honest pricing.
Several regular customers were in the waiting area when I arrived, they complimented the work done. I dropped off my 2007 pickup,he asked the right questions,treated me in a friendly respectful way. I'll update when the vehicle is finished.
The guy said he would have my car done by the next day if I brought it in that evening. Also cause of the issues my car was having I had told him I just had an oil change 3 days ago. Ok well of course I expected him to call me the next day weather my car was done or not. Well he did NOT call me. The weekend then came and then Monday I figured I would give him until Tuesday and then I would call. He never did call me and when I went to get my car they told me he gave me an oil change!!!! After spending over six hundred dollars to fix our truck it barely ran and he called it nothing but junk very unprofessional horrible customer service
Adrian is an excellent auto mechanic. Really smart and he can figure things out. He fixed the climate control in my 2012 F150 after many others had failed.
