Called to inquire about an oil change / tire rotate. They acted like I was an inconvenience, all I got when I called was "Hello?....". No introduction, nothing. I asked if this was A&R, only response was "Yeah, what do you want?" in an abrasive, aggressive tone as if he was trying to scare away business. Based on this interaction I would stay clear of this shop.
