THE SERVICE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER ALEX WAS JUST GREAT DROPPED MY CAR OFF MONDAY 8-4-2025 WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE READY UNTIL 8-8-2025 THEY HAD IT READY THE 8-5-2025 AND IT LOOKS JUST GREAT THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ALEX AND A & R AUTO AND BODY SHOP BODY WORK IS JUST EXCELLENT GOOD BODY WORK ON MY CAR GREAT PRICE ALSO
Really disappointed just drove all the way to Albuquerque for a 9am appointment and no one was there or answering the phone. Left at 9:30am. Had to cancel my car rental too. Really inconvenient and a waste of my time and money.
I based my choice to have body work done at A&R after reading the great reviews, and they definitely lived up to it. I bought a car without knowing it had previously been in an accident. I wanted it to be as perfect as possible, and A&R did everything they could to make it look amazing without me having to essentially rebuild 1/4 of the car. We took our vehicle to A&R and are so happy we did. Not only did they do everything to the T but their communication was top notch. I can't say enough great things about this local shop and will definitely return if we have any needs in the future. Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations for the repair. Excellent business that's honest and trustworthy....10/10 would recommend!!
Work was amazing, incredible work on my car and paint matched perfectly. Alex and Roy were very helpful and guided me through everything on my car. Definitely coming back
