I was on my way to Portland, Oregon from Arizona when unfortunately my transmission went out. This shop was the first one I went to and I am so happy I did. Ivan really took care of me and my situation. He dropped me off at a nearby hotel so he could rebuild my transmission. I had a lot of anxiety knowing I was stuck and then having a long way to go to reach Portland. Four days later I was back on the road.
