Laurie (the receptionist and wife of owner) wouldn’t even consider having someone come over for estimate unless I paid $125.00 up front. I kept explaining the situation and even offered to send pictures and she wouldn’t even consider it. I think it’s terrible service and terrible first impression for possible customers
They came to check out our problem within an hour! I imagine this is not always possible, but we appreciated it. Wii definitely use them again. And Laurie (hope I got her name right) is amazing at understanding the plumbing problem and keeping us informed on scheduling and arrivals.
Absolutely recommend their services to anyone. The nicest, most professional, and knowledgeable men you will ever meet! Reggie and Ronnie do excellent work and explain everything to you.
