The signs posted on the windows state "OPEN M --F 11-5 ' I went there at 12N on a Thursday, but it was dark inside. Rang the bell, no one answered. Called and left a message (no one answered) suggesting that they take down the open signs if they are not open!

I went into A Quality Jewelry to get rings polished for my wife and myself. I had also just bought some diamond earrings that were on sale and wanted to ask a "professional" what his opinion was as to the quality of the diamond earrings. At first the man told me that they don't do appraisals but I proceeded to let him know that I only wanted his opinion on the value of the earrings.
