Excellent service in a timely manner. Fixed the problem.
They did a very good job. They were upfront with their service. I thought I had a busted cable, but the service man said it just unravel somehow. He did fixed my cracked hinges. I also called two weeks late , because the door would not close at times. They were courteous enough to instruct me over the phone on how to fix it. That saved me a service fee. After that conversation of instruction the door hasn't given me any problems. That was very considerate of them. I recommend Quality Garage to everyone.
A Quality Garage Door Company contacted us and sent a text with the timeframe of Jesus’s arrival and a picture of him as well. Security is definitely a must these days. He showed up during his timeframe. Jesus was very good and professional. He installed our new garage door opener and keypad and explained how to use the remotes and keypad. Good Customer Service is not easy to come by. Once again thank you for a job well done
