I had an appointment scheduled for 9am for a carpet cleaning. At approx. 9:45am I call the office to ask where the technician is and the owner tells me they had messed up my phone number and thats why he hasn't called me yet. I am to wait and the tech will call me shortly. 5 mins later I get a call from the tech stating he needed directions to my house so I asked him where he was at.
