Impossible to get in touch with anyone, have been attempting to terminate my storage contract for 2 years. Update- still being charged late fees and a monthly bill for a storage spot I’m unable to cancel. Impossible to contact anyone

Friend's trailer got stolen from this place. Theft is recurring and an ongoing trend with this place. Do not trust.
Was not expecting much when storing here as the price was so low. However trailer was stolen and captured on their camera system. Was not notified. No attempt made to contact us. Owner knew there was a stolen trailer because the fence was cut and sent a video to police. Did not bother to contact residents. Was told that they have “too many stored here to know which one it was” please do not use this storage facility. Management is horrible!
Used to be great and the price was right. They have had several break in's and would not accept the the quarterly discount that was
