My 1 1/2 year old LG microwave suddenly stopped working. I found A Quality Appliance Service using Angie’s List. I left a voicemail as it was over the weekend. Frankie returned my call early the next business day. Thankfully, he was able to schedule a same day appointment. He was able to diagnose and repair my microwave. He was prompt, friendly and professional. Pricing was very fair. I highly recommend using this company to repair your household appliances! Thanks again!
I called this morning and Frankie was here before lunch! He diagnosed the problem then sourced the part and the repair was done in a couple of hours. Great service and fair price!
A Quality Appliance Service ("AQAS") was referred by our home warranty insurance company to repair our 6 year old, top of the line, Samsung washer. Parts and labor costs were about quoted at $650. Home warranty company decided to "replace" rather than repair the washer, however, the monetary offer was far below the cost to replace the machine in kind. Franky came out the next day and fixed the oven light in a Jenn Air range. As a Realtor, it can be extremely frustrating to have little things the day before closing come up, but Franky was fast, efficient, friendly and most importantly he fixed it!! I get hit up all the time for recommendations for various services. I am putting A Quality Appliance Service at the top of my list for this category! Much appreciated!
