I initially had a good experience with A Quality 1 Outdoor Services—the exterior light installation was done fairly well. However, there have been significant delays and a complete lack of follow-up since then. After the initial install, I had to call them back to bury the wires, which they did. I was also told they would return with a repaired lamp that had been removed and inadvertently damaged. These photos show a very unprofessional and shabby job. I spent what I consider to an obscene amount of money for poor results. The granite walkway is infested with purple nut sledge. Lonnie Goodwin told me that he had problems with the granite on a couple other jobs but apparently he decided to use the same granite on my job. In every video I’ve seen a granite walkway starts with a border. Mine kind of looks like they pushed the rocks to one side and laid the granite down. If I could place 0 stars I would! This job was done less then a month ago, absolute terrible customer service and crappy work! The owner has yet to reach out to try and fix or respond the issue

AMAZING service!!! Any property I’ve seen these guys do is professionally done, beautiful, as well as immaculately executed. Their guys are always so kind and easy to work with and communicate with. If you have a creative vision for your home these guys are who to call!
