Warning to anyone considering this contractor.I hired A Quality 1 Outdoor Services about 7 months ago. The initial work was decent, but there was a change order and he promised to return to finish. He also took several of my old lights, saying he would fix and reinstall them. I paid him in good faith.Since then, he has ghosted me for months at a time. As mentioned, there was a change order for this client and we decided to refund him for a section of the job as it was 110v and we were not licensed to work on. This refund was added to the invoice and the work never charged to the client. After this we sent an employee that is no longer working for us to repair and re-install the lights, while there the employee made an agreement with this client to do additional work (small add-on) on the side, not through our company.
