The best in the business. They are simply orders of magnitude above everyone else in both knowledge and testing quality. The AC cut out in my house the day before my testing. Loren could have cancelled but instead completed hours of testing in my 85 degree house. Talk about customer service. If you have a problem, these are the people to hire.
Hard to do business with anyone who does not have the decency to return a phone call to a potential customer. I called left a message and immediately got a text asking for my zip code. I responded then crickets.
Loren was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in a very difficult situation. He was detail oriented and presented solutions to our family that were practical and safe. AQ truly cared about what happened to us and it showed in their work. I highky recommend them through any difficult time you might have related to mold.
