i live in Nebraska and i was able to get my friend a ride home at 2 in the morning. i called a bunch of other places and they wouldnt do it. A P&T made it happen. it was easy and they really worked with me. very nice people. Highly recommend, thanks guys

This company provides really good service. I use the service frequently to go back and forth to work and I can always call and schedule a pick up in advance. They are always prompt and the customer service that the drivers provide is top of the line. I would highly recommend this cab service to anyone who is trying to get anywhere in a timely fashion.
I am a college student at VCU. First time I used the service it was okay. Second AND third time they were more than 30 minutes late and didn't have the courtesy to call me to let me know they weren't coming until later. The cab company itself might be okay from everyone elses review but a few drivers need to be fired. Unacceptable. Horrible service. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

This cab company is definitely trying a different approach as far as customer service is concerned. I was very satisfied, and intrigued, and I will continue to use A P&T.
Never had a bad experience with this taxi company. They always made sure that my ride was there within twenty minutes, and always took me the shortest fastest way to work every morning. Getting ready to get my car back so I won't be riding with them anymore, but I hope that by giving back, and putting a good word in there company will grow in the months to come!
