We have had a very poor experience with this company. Sean is terrible at getting back to people. He was supposed to have submitted our assessment to the government rebate program back in February, and it's now November. At first we were told the government was backed up, and we pushed for him to look into it after contacting the program and Enbridge and finding out they had no record of our application.
