Mark removed a skin cancer from a sensitive area between my eye and the top of my nose. One week after surgery the work is invisible. I’m blown away and very thankful.
I have seen Professor Gianoutsos twice over the years for skin cancer excisions. While these were relatively minor procedures for someone of his experience, I found him to be the consummate professional on both occasions. His staff were consistently pleasant, efficient, and well organised, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Thank you, Professor.
My experience with both Mark and Tori were both excellent. Communication with Tori was polite, prompt and informative. I found Mark very easy to talk to and the surgery and skin cancer removal from my nose was much less invasive than I had anticipated. 2 weeks post surgery now and most people find it difficult to believe I've even had surgery.
Dr Mark is my hero. He has removed 4 of my 6 melanomas. Just a lovely, gentle soul. In fact all his staff are wonderful. The nurse, the reception ladies. I’m just dreaming of having my breast reduction with Mark!
Couple of things… mark really needs to reconsider his receptionist Tori! She was shockingly combative and rude on the phone. Big deterrent from getting my work done there but also mark! He is not very personable or reassuring which is very important if you are going to be charging an obscene amount of money for one area of liposuction!
