Couple of things… mark really needs to reconsider his receptionist Tori! She was shockingly combative and rude on the phone. Big deterrent from getting my work done there but also mark! He is not very personable or reassuring which is very important if you are going to be charging an obscene amount of money for one area of liposuction! Mark is not much of a people person which I think is a big part of it if you want be charging obscene amounts of money for simple Procedures definitely wasted a consult there
Very disappointing experience with Dr Gianoutsos. My daughter was referred to him to have a foreign body (potentially glass) embedded in her leg removed. Dismissive, appeared totally uninterested and said it was fine to remain. His lack of concern and patient rapport was very discouraging.
Thoroughly recommend Mark for his holistic view of the situation; empathetic approach; unrivalled technical skills and experience and complete patient care.
A massive thank you to A/Prof Mark Gianoutsos & his team. I broke my nose as a child & have never really been able to breathe properly. I was so nervous about the surgery but I knew I was in safe hands. I’m 8 weeks post op & I’m in excellent shape. My nose looks great & I’m feeling so much better being able to breathe properly.
