If your in the unfortunate position to be in need of an otologist, than you do not need to look anywhere else but to Dr Kong. Wait times for a consultation with this specialist ENT are not short because he is simply one of the top ear specialists in the country that always seeks to enhance his skills in his chosen specialist medical field. My son had his tonsils and adnoids removed by Dr Kong who is everything you want from a Dr. He is a lovely man who is clearly very skilled, knowledgable, explains everything well/has lots of time for questions, has a wonderful bed side manner and especially great with kids (my son enjoyed his appt!), great communication before and after surgery and responsive. A great professional, who inspires confidence and trust. Efficient, thorough and dedicated with excellent results and supported up by a friendly, helpful team. My family and I are extremely grateful to Doctor Kong and his team as they have vastly improved my quality of life by carrying out left and right Cochlear implants, enabling me to hear again beyond my expectations and greatly reduce my tinnitus. I can’t speak highly enough regarding my experience and would thoroughly recommend Doctor Kong.
Saw Dr. Palmar for a series of symptoms related to my hearing, got a very dismissing "that is not my area, talk to your GP" answer. Very disappointed
