Professor Kong is very professional. He is also kind, approachable, humble,, knowledgeable and he explains everything in details in layman term so patients, like myself, can understand. Elizabeth is also an exceptional receptionist. Thank you Professor Kong and Elizabeth.

If your in the unfortunate position to be in need of an otologist, than you do not need to look anywhere else but to Dr Kong. Wait times for a consultation with this specialist ENT are not short because he is simply one of the top ear specialists in the country that always seeks to enhance his skills in his chosen specialist medical field. Having been a patient of Dr Kong's for over 10 years and having had multiple surgeries, I cannot speak more highly of him and his team for the service they have and continue to provide me.... read more
My son had his tonsils and adnoids removed by Dr Kong who is everything you want from a Dr. He is a lovely man who is clearly very skilled, knowledgable, explains everything well/has lots of time for questions, has a wonderful bed side manner and especially great with kids (my son enjoyed his appt!), great communication before and after surgery and responsive.
