He was very efficient and looked after my mum who had a poor experience at a different Endoscope Clinic. His reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Straight to the point and doesn’t sugar coat anything. As far as I am concerned, brilliant medical practitioner.
Have had 3 procedures by Henry over the last 10 years. Organised, efficient, on time and highly professional in all dealings with Henry and staff. These included his receptionist, the nurses at Cabrini and Julie, Henry's Anaesthetist, who was delightful.
Completely devoid of any empathy. Very arrogant and speaks to nurses and patients appallingly. Placed a feeding tube incorrectly and then ignored the patients pleas to check after they were vomiting feed. Another specialist ordered a scan to see it had kinked and removed it immediately. If you are female or dealing with a chronic health conditions, do not go to this man he will will add to your medical trauma.
