I was horrified the way Caroline spoke to my 88 year old mother in law - she is a difficult patient however I have never heard a Dr speak to a patient that way - you may be a great urologist but so rude and belittling Zero bed side manner “I’m not your secretary “ when the patient wanted a script sent to the pharmacy “ totally inappropriate rude and disgusting ! Much nicer ways to get your message across !
Caroline is exceptional; she explains the medical issues in a way in which is understandable, she is empathetic and her level of care and service, including that of her assistants , is beyond reproach. I would unhesitatingly recommend any colleague to her.
Caroline is an amazing, thorough, compassionate, kind, brilliant specialist. I have been a patient for about 6-7 years. I’ve always found her staff to be polite & organised. Caroline literally changed my life, before being treated I wouldn’t leave the house but now I’m back out in the world & loving it.
