If you require an interpreter, I would strongly advise against attending this practice. My mum was referred to Dr Ng and received a phone call from the clinic to discuss her appointment. Due to her limited English, she understandably struggled to fully understand the conversation and asked me to call back to confirm the appointment details and whether an interpreter had been requested.
