I feel truly grateful to have met Prof Austin Ng. He is not only an exceptional cardiologist, but also a very kind and patient doctor. What impressed me the most is how he explains complex heart conditions in such a simple and easy-to-understand way. He even uses cartoon illustrations of the heart to help patients visualise and understand better, which made me feel much more at ease. If you require an interpreter, I would strongly advise against attending this practice. My mum was referred to Dr Ng and received a phone call from the clinic to discuss her appointment. Due to her limited English, she understandably struggled to fully understand the conversation and asked me to call back to confirm the appointment details and whether an interpreter had been requested.
