Words cannot express how grateful I am for the quality of care I received from Dr Polyakov and his staff. As an overseas visitor learning suddenly of a large cyst in one of my ovaries, I could have felt quite overwhelmed. Instead, my experience was just the opposite. Dr Polyakov's PA Naomi worked amazing scheduling magic to get me in to see him within 24 hours of my GP referring me. Alex has been a wonderful part of my family's journey by guiding me through all three pregnancies and births. He is calm, kind, measured and professional and ensures that you feel well supported in every aspect of your care. In the unpredictabilities of child birth, I felt very confident and safe knowing that Alex was there to look after us. He has a fantastic reception team, with Deb and Naomi, who are always so friendly and ready to assist and support where possible. Thank you again to all.
I started seeing Dr Alex partway through our fertility journey. After following his advice and treatment plan, we were fortunate to fall pregnant just 2 months later, something we are incredibly grateful for.
