We absolutely love our Arctic Salt water spa! Chad is very knowledgeable on his spa's and helped us pick out the one that was right for us. Delivery and set up was awesome!! Our only "complaint" is that they are sometimes hard to get a hold of and don't always return calls in a timely fashion. That being said Chad is very helpful and great to work with. We would defiantly go back to them to purchase another spa if we ever needed to in the future.
I was a customre for approximately 25 years when the Dincaus owned the business. When i discovered a slow leak from my tub this year i called A-Pro. The same day i got a call from Chad while he was ON VACATION. He said if i could wait til he returned he would come to my home. . And that HE DID. He immediately diagnosed the problem and helped me drain my tub to prevent damage. He was courteous and very helpful .
We have been customers for almost 20 years & the past few years their customer service has declined significantly. Today, we chose to never go back. One of the women working gave me misinformation & sold me a product I shouldn’t have used to clean up my green pool. Then after I spoke to Chad in the hopes of clearing the situation up, he was extremely rude and hung up. I did however tell him that I thought his employees should be trained better and that this situation was BS. Very unhappy!!

I live in a rural area in Wisconsin northeast of St croix Falls I use A=Pro for all my service and repairs. They go above and beyond others not the services had nothing but trouble with the dealer I bought from. I contacted A=Pro and the problem was solved within 48 hours I get my supplies from them as their prices are great and when you stop in they always have a smile for you I have recommended them to both family and friends as long as we have our not fun I will continue to use A=Pro I am a very happy customer
