Hired them to clean carpet after flood issues. Set a date and time, also a price, they never showed. I messaged the business that they didn't show or call at the time agreed on and got a response that said "I will call you shortly" they did not. This is bad business. If they didn't want the work, they could have said no instead of beating around the bush and ghosting me. All they did was waste my time trying to get a service done and made themselves look bad.

Keith and Jerry did a great job on the carpet at our cabin! I wish I had taken before and after pictures. They took pride in their work and the company. Keith had been with the company around 15 years I believe in Jerry around 30 or 40 years. You would have thought it was their company because of their work ethic and concern for good customer service. They were friendly and took time to answer questions. I also thought their pricing was fair. The carpet looks great! We will definitely be using them again!
