The company had a contract with the Spokane Police Department to tow cars tagged as DUI. Our son was popped (we eventually beat the charge) and the car towed to the A-Pro shop. Upon picking it up and paying for the tow, we noticed a great gouge in the left-rear quarter-panel where the tow bar was attached. Confronted about the damage, the shop owner denied responsibility.
