My 89 y.o. surrogate mother was hospitalized for 3 weeks at Providence St. Joseph's after falling down and breaking her hip, leg & arm. Before she was released, Jean, the rep from Prime Home Health visited and told her she would be needing 24/7 care "for a long time." We used this company back in Nov 2020. My grandma needed rehab and nursing. Nurses, always on time. Physical Therapist Supervisor was late for the evaluation over an hour. No call or text. When asked if she was still coming. Her response was it's Saturday traffics always bad. Next time she came out late again No apology. but her p/t she assigned was amazing...so we stayed. Then in October 2022 I thought wed try again hoping we'd get the awesome p/t again Colleen. Instead we got same Supervisor who was late again over an hour... read more
