If I could give no stars, I would . The one star is for the actual workers who came out to re-do my mudroom after a flooding. My mudroom is small but it took from.Halloween of 2024 until almost the end of May to get the work done. The contents of my.mudroom was taken by precision. I called repeatedly to get my clothes back, especially my winter jacket. Theresa kept saying that they would send them to me over and over again but never did. I found out they held my stuff hostage. We had a pipe burst just before Christmas and water flooded 3 rooms Precision got right to work on the mitigation and dried out perfectly ! Very professional and attentive to details. Highly recommended !
