James and Brendan (?) were so nice and respectful. I had a mold inspection to satisfy a requirement of lender underwriting for a re-fi. Turned out what was expected mold was only staining on the ceiling, so I got off scott-free for mold remediation! I love the HONESTY and recommend this company to everyone!
From start to finish precision restoration was great to work with. We had a small area of mold in our laundry room. They responded quickly to our initial call to assess. They cleared and treated the mold squeezing the remediation in when we were already planned to be out of our house. They were great initially after I had water damage throughout my house in February 2025. Very responsive and did great work. When it came to the rebuild however, the quality of work, communication, and responsiveness was awful. They had to be repeatedly sent information from my insurance company, to the point my insurance agent had to ask what the problem was.
