Precision came out after our basement flooded while we were out of town, they were absolutely amazing! James did all the work in our home and it was a LOT of work! He was always thoughtful of our belongings and respectful of my schedule (I work nights) so just little things like knocking instead of ringing the door bell so the dogs wouldn't wake me up. DO NOT USE! Save your money. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT! I gave them a $20,000 for a $16,000 deposit for work to be done. The job had to be cancelled. They refused to refund the money. It has been over a year. They will not return calls or mail. I am on the verge of court action.
