Both Nolan and James were punctual and professional on Wed. Nolan showed up promptly on Thurs and went right to work. Needless to say I was quite concerned about the damage to our home. Precision came out after our basement flooded while we were out of town, they were absolutely amazing! James did all the work in our home and it was a LOT of work! He was always thoughtful of our belongings and respectful of my schedule (I work nights) so just little things like knocking instead of ringing the door bell so the dogs wouldn't wake me up.
