We love Chef Pati! She cooked for us on our anniversary and everything was great! We are big foodies and really enjoyed chatting with her while she cooked. We also really appreciated the high quality ingredients she used and her creative menu options. We highly recommend using A Posto!
STAY CLEAR of this vendor. Worked with A Posto for a special, small dinner party for 16 in Lincoln City and Chef did not prepare enough food. Arrogant and ill-prepared to work with even a small group. I asked for food to be served family style - chef served individual (very small) portions for 'presentation' purposes. Main dish was fresh pasta. I raised concern during prep that not enough was being made - and she insisted there would be enough (and extra).
